Himanshu leads financing strategy and sourcing, with more than twenty-two years of experience across leading energy and consulting organizations, Himanshu has formidable experience in project financing, infrastructure advisory (power sector), regulatory affairs (power sector), business and financial structuring, investment evaluation, financial management and control. He is MBA (Finance) from ICFAI and an Electrical Engineer from AMU.

Prior to joining O2 Power, he has worked with large consulting firms across various solutions including internal audits, designing of business processes, internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR / IFC), risk assessments etc.
